About Me

With nearly eight years of experience as a massage therapist, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve optimal well-being. Recently, I expanded my expertise by becoming a board-certified health and wellness coach and earning a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Healthcare. I love how I have been able to blend new things I learn about the body and brain in school into my massage practice. I am currently in the process of applying to medical school for Naturopathic Medicine to learn how to better serve my community.

My approach to wellness is holistic and integrative, drawing on a diverse range of modalities that I’ve mastered over the years. Whether it’s trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, Thai massage, cupping, Swedish, or others, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. I don’t ask my clients to pick from a list of modalities because I enjoy using whatever is applicable for them that day.

I am passionate about continuous learning and committed to staying current with the latest techniques and practices in the field. My goal is to empower you on your wellness journey, providing support and guidance to help you feel your best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
